The reload function in our washing machines lets you simply add missed out clothes or remove clothes even during a wash cycle*. Just pause the running cycle and open the door, to simply reload your forgotten items into the drum and continue the wash. (*Reloading is not possible when water temperature is higher than 50°C or when water level is too high.)

How will the delivery be done?
We process most of our deliveries by Our Delivery Team.
We recommend you to pay (via Mobile Money , Credit Card & Cash on Delivery) for your order in order to take advantage of our Buyer Protection Program.
Some deliveries may be processed through reputed couriers (there is no added cost to this).
What is the estimated delivery time?
Standard delivery time is within 24 hours ( same day ) & 4 days however, this may vary by location and even product. Delivery time for products are usually indicated on the product detail page.
Refund Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
